The Automobile Association, which has selected the Hotel Riviera for its prestigious Courtesy and Care Award. The award recognised the exceptionally high standards of accommodation, food and hospitality offered at the Hotel Riviera and also reflected the degree of dedication, professionalism and effort on the part of the owners, management and staff. The inspector also awarded a quality rating of 82%, which places the Hotel Riviera among the top hotels in the country within its four-star classification.

The Restaurant has been awarded an AA Rosette this year for the outstanding quality of its cuisine and in recognition of the overall dining experience.

The English Tourism Council for its rare and prestigious Gold Award – presented to a few select hotels in the United Kingdom and made to the Riviera for “providing the highest standard of excellence…over and above the expectations of its four-star level”.
