Fresh Fish, Crab and Lobsters
Locally caught, beautifully fresh fish, including Turbot, Bass, Red Mullet, John Dory, Brill, Dover Sole and Lemon Sole, as well as fresh crab and lobsters all come from Matthew Stevens & Son, a 3rd generation family business. Their superb reputation spans 50 years, supplying speciality seafood to a range of hotels and award-winning restaurants throughout Cornwall and the Southwest region.
Speciality and Smoked Fish
Our speciality and smoked fish comes from Loch Fyne in Argyle, Scotland. An employee-owned business, committed to producing and supplying the highest quality food, using sustainable methods.
At Darts Farm, their objective is to produce meat of uncompromising quality, in harmony with nature, using regenerative farming practices whilst specialising in perfection throughout the entire process.
Our poultry comes from M.C. Kelly, Crediton; a business with a long tradition as a producer and supplier of poultry to the Westcountry. The birds’ welfare is a high priority for this supplier, resulting in a far superior taste and flavour.

For almost 50 years Vin Sullivan Foods has grown and developed from its origins in Abergavenny's High Street. Their history and fine reputation stem from providing excellent service, top quality produce, and always searching for new and innovative ideas mostly from small individual producers from the UK and abroad.
Established in 1979, Christopher Piper Wines has grown into one of the West of England's best-known independent Wine Merchants. Selling Tip-top wines and spirits, supported by first rate service, their principal business is with some of the finest independent hotels, restaurants and pubs in the south of England, but they also see an ever-increasing number of private customers. In Beaujolais, Chris Piper is also a talented winemaker, where he produces a fine Brouilly at Château du Pavé and regularly wins the accolade of West of England Wine Merchant of the Year, from the International Wine Challenge.
